Ti Humeral Locked Intramedullary Nail
Description
The components that make up the Ti Humeral Blocked Intramedullary Nail system are called an implantable medical product for long-term use, developed for application in bone fixation through intramedullary blocking, with the purpose of reducing, aligning, stabilizing and fixing different types of fractures in the humerus.
The system is made up of the following components:
Humeral Locked Intramedullary Nail + Standard Cap Screw (single composite product), with diameters of 7, 8 and 9mm, and with lengths ranging from 180 to 290mm;
Ti Full Thread Self-tapping Screws, for proximal and distal locking of the nail;
Partial Thread Ti Locking Screws, can only be used for distal locking, in cases of surgical revision.n All components are ionized in graphite color.
The system is made up of the following components:

Indications
The Ti Humeral Locked Intramedullary Nail system is indicated for intramedullary fixation of various types of humerus fractures, such as: n Absolute Indications:
Open fracture;
Associated vascular injury;
Floating elbow;
Segmental fracture;
Pathological fracture;
Bilateral fracture of the humerus;
Radial nerve injury after closed manipulation;
Nerve injury after penetrating injury;
Pseudoarthrosis.nn Relative Indications:
Long spiral fractures;
Transverse fractures;
Associated brachial plexus injuries;
Primary nerve palsies;
Inability to maintain the reduction;
Neurological diseases;
Lack of cooperation due to alcohol or drug abuse and nObesity.n The purpose of the system is to reduce, align, stabilize and fix different types of fractures in the humerus.
The system was designed for use in the circumstances described above, so any other uses are considered contraindicated or without scientific basis.
